Golf Car Parts & Repairs Refund policy.

RETURNS POLICY

Policy duration is strictly 14 days only. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we will not offer a refund or exchange. Suitable grounds for a return may include broken or incomplete items as well as items that are described by us incorrectly (not including illustrated images). If you have changed your mind, we can refund you less a 25% re-stocking fee.

Eligible items & conditions for returns are as follows;

  1. Your item must be unused/unmarked, in the same condition received & in original packaging.
    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unless there are extreme circumstances or product is faulty, most electrical components, like controllers, light kits, batteries & special ordered items cannot be returned.
  2. Gift cards & software products are not returnable items.
  3. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  4. Refunds;
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & advise the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment asap.

Exchanges or Returns;
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. We do not return items if you simply change your mind. Please send a return request email to: mail@gcprs.com.au and send your return item (once approved) to: Golf Car Parts & Repairs - Unit 7, 26 Argon Street Sumner Park, QLD 4074.
